Thank you for your lovely email, I was lovely to hear from you. I'm sure that you are very excited and enjoying the festive spirit. I have made a note of the things you would like for Christmas and I shall do my very best to get them for you, but please don't be disappointed if I don't manage it. If there is something I can't get for you this year I will leave you something else just as exciting in its place.

Now you must be very good between now and Christmas because I do still have you on my Good Child list, which means that I will be visiting you this Christmas eve.

I must dash, My reindeer need feeding, they're always hungry and Mrs Claus needs help trimming up the house! Ho ho ho
